	A.   Mailbox

	     20 gauge smooth steel (no lightweight tin)
	     Powder coated paint finish (baked on)
	     Personalized, with street name and number
	     Replaceable door and flag

             Color is Ivory, lettering is Clarendon in
             Tan or Gold, comes ready to mount on the post.

	B.   Post

	     4" x 6"  pressure treated lumber
	     Both vertical and horizontal notched 3" x 4" to connect like lincoln logs
	     Notches mated together and bolted with lag bolts
	     Bolt holes hidden by glued wooden plugs
	     3/4 inch plywood mounting board for the box
	     6" x 1" steel backing plate
	     2 coats of Zinzeer primer on all wood
	     2 finish coats of liquid vinyl paint on post, color is:
	       Kwal/Howells "Wooden Oar, Deep" or equivilant match.

	C.   Installation

	     Set post in concrete 30 inches deep at spot requested by the Post Office.
