Board Members

Board of Directors governs and provides leadership to the Home Owners Association and has responsibility for fulfilling that mission and managing an annual budget of just under $30,000 to provide the following specific services:

• Controlling and enforcing the appearance, condition and use of the land, buildings and other improvements within Sterling Pointe as prescribed by the CC&Rs and Architectural Control Guidelines.
• Providing cultural, recreational and social programs that meet the desires of Sterling Pointe residents.
• Providing a level of community services including trash removal.

Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) committees function is to promulgate design guidelines for Sterling Pointe, review and approve all development within Sterling Pointe, and enforce the Guidelines during construction or renovation of improvements including both architectural and landscape improvements.

Our goal is to preserve and protect property values and quality of life in Sterling Pointe by controlling the appearance, condition, and use of the land, building, landscape, and other improvements within Sterling Pointe.

Social Committee

The social committee of Sterling Pointe plans events for all homeowners to have the opportunity to meet their neighbors and socialize. It provides us the ability to get together and learn what is happening within our neighborhood, Larkspur or the rest of the surrounding communities.
