The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) committees function is to promulgate design guidelines for Sterling Pointe, review and approve all development within Sterling Pointe, and enforce the Guidelines during construction or renovation of improvements including both architectural and landscape improvements.

Our goal is to preserve and protect property values and quality of life in Sterling Pointe by controlling the appearance, condition, and use of the land, building, landscape, and other improvements within Sterling Pointe.

Written approval for any referenced architectural alterations is needed from the Board of Directors prior to performing any work.  Failure to receive prior written approval may be considered a Covenant Violation and applicable fines may be levied.
