Sterling Pointe is what you think of when you hear “Colorado.” A sparsely populated community tucked into the foothills of the Rocky Mountains preserving the natural beauty, towering Ponderosa Pines and peacefulness of a retreat. Located just 20 minutes south of the Denver Tech Center and 30 minutes north of Colorado Springs, it is a haven with accessibility.
